Mijn beelden kunnen zowel uit één materiaal als uit assemblages bestaan en kunnen zowel figuratief als abstract zijn. Beelden maken is een balans zoeken tussen ruimte en niet-ruimte, evenwicht in volume en massa. De textuur van mijn beelden is onregelmatig waardoor de lichtval een spel van contrasten veroorzaakt.

Soms kent mijn beeld een vorm en tegelijkertijd een niet-vorm. De vorm bestaat dankzij de niet-vorm eromheen.

My sculptures can consist of one material as well as assemblages and can be both figurative and abstract. Making sculptures is finding a balance between space and non-space, equilibrium in volume and mass. The texture of my images is irregular, which causes the incidence of light to create a play of contrasts.

Sometimes my image has a form and a non-form at the same time. The form exists thanks to the non-form around it.
